This is a real good book. Runny Babbit is the Bunny Rabbit. He has a lot of friends and one brother and two sisters and a mom and a dad. Runny goes through a lot of funny thing.

The Pasture The poet is about a young boy that goes out to the pasture, to clean it but he see's something sweet. What does he see what does he do? Falling up is a person writing what he feels in a book of poetry. My favorite poem was Alphabalance. I give this book a 3 out of 5 because some poems are very long, some too short and some are gross. This book is different in many ways. If you are intrigued by unusual poems then this is your book. The author could have included more energetic and happy poems.

I would have to give this book a 10 out of 10. FUNNY. In Jeremy's 2nd year with the same poetry teacher, she gives him a D-. Jeremy wants a better grade , so he tries practicing by writing more poems . He finds out that he enjoys writing poems. Jeremy has a great topic to write about: sports. He loves them, and every time he makes a team, he invites his teacher to watch. Every time he does that he fails at that sport,and it goes like that until the book is over.

The poet I picked ot of this book is called Mother To Son and it shows how he has to grow up. Like the mother is talking to him about life and how it is going to get harder. To mw there is this one line that says "Life ain't been no crysal ball." That to me means your not going to be rich all the time and I say that because a crysal ball is a lot of money.

I like this book because it makes poetry interesting and fun. No offense but I like Where The Sidewalk Ends better than A Light In The Attic. Although both are good it has much funnier poems than A Light In The Attic. My favorite poem is Sick on page 58-59 you should check it out. This poem is about a girl who is in bed who is playing sick but she finds out its Saturday and wants to go out and play. Hey that rhymes! Out of a scale of 1 to 10 it would be 8 because some poems were bad and confusing.

This book is full of poems. There are funny poems and lots of drawings in this book. The whole book I was laughing and all of the poems are funny. Every poem rymed and all the pictures went with the poems. Some of the poems did not make sence but most of did make sence. This is a great book to read with your family. With a rating 1-5 I would give it a 5 and this was my first poem book.

This book is all about peotry. I loved it so much even thow i have already read it about nine times now this is ten.It has lots of funny peoms and one i can memorise witch is called my beard-My beard grows to my toes i never wear no clothes i wrap my hair around my bear and down the road i goes.Thats the peom its just wierd thats why i memorised it cause i think i can be wierd sometimes.Its also nice to read a book ur family will enjoy too. One of my favorit poems in this book is called "Christmas Day". I like this poem because it talks about Jesus and were he was born and all the animals as they watched him sleep on the hey. I also like the poem "Christmas in the Straw". I like it becaues of the way it's wrote, the way it talks about what its like in heaven even though they probably dont even know what it's like in heaven. I think it sounds nice.

Hate that cat is a book about a boy who is writting poetry about his dog,sky,skitter Mckitter,and the fat black cat.Well, Sky is his dead dog and he misses him or her i dont remember anyway its dead.Skitter Mckitter is a cat that he found and is his new love.Last but not least is the fat black cat and the boy does not like the cat at all till the end of the story to find out what happens to the boy and the fat black cat
Questions do you think the boy will like the black cat ever?
One more thing Skitter Mckitter runs away will he ever come back or will the fat black cat save him

I love this book its awesome because it is funny.Also one of my favorite books to read I love it. My favrotie poem is if I had that pony.Its about this girl that wants this pony really badly but her parents won`t let her so she says that I am going to die if I don`t get that pony so I will dieher parents say that you wont die and the very next day she dies because she didn`t get that pony. Also I give it a five star raiting. This book is so awesome I think I am going to buy a copy.
I liked this book because the poems are amazing. Sometimes when I am reading I think how did he come up with this. For example my favorite poem in this book is Every Thing On It its about a kid that wants a hot dog and the boy says can I have everything on it. So the people put furniture animals and more on his hot dog. I thought great flow to the book and tells it good enough to understand. I give this book a 10 out of 10.
Title:Falling Up Author: Shel Silverstein This book is filled with all types of poems from a very good imagination. These poems can be fun,magical,unreal, or just a thing from the authors imagination. I think the reason the book is called Falling Up well first thats the very first poem and second maybe that was the authors favorite poem he wrote in this awesome book. The drawings in this book might help you fiqure out what the poem means or what just happened. Most of the poems in the book is about people and an unreal thing that happens to them. My favorite poem in this entire 171 page long book was the shortest and funniest poem called the runners but the only way you can find out what that poem says is by reading this wonderful book. My favorite poem was A STAR. It was a girl talking about a star she saw one dark night. A STAR poem made sense and it was something I could relate to. Comparing this book to Fallen Up which was better than this book.

This book is filled with lots of funny poems. The drawings in this book are amasing and very creative. They all made me smile and some made me laugh. My favorite poems in the book are My foot fell asleep and I stuck my finger up my nose. This was one of my favorite poem book I've ever read. With a scale to 1-5 I would give it a 5 cause it is so good and funny.
This book was about how familys do different things with familys during there life. Some of the topics are family quilt and how they share there things together and work, they will be sorry, which is talking about what they do together to both each other. Some other ones were my other granny which was talking in poems about how my other granny is different from my other one.

He rights very funny poems. I would have to say my favorite poem is Medusa. There is all kinds of poems you will find in this book. Because of this, I do recommend this book.

This book is very easy to read and is fun becaus Christmas is one of my favorite holidays. I think that thi would be a very good book for you to read if you like Christmas and poems. This book is filled with poems with laughter from Hug o' wars to pots of gold.My favorite poem was when the party hoster said "bring presents and throw confetti" and they threw spaghetti.Another one of my favorites is recipe for a hippopotamus sandwich and that is because there is a not wanted idem for this sandwich, a hippopotamus.

Falling Up Shel Silverstein This book i had to read over like a million times.One word: Hilarious!It was so great i couldnt put the book down after reading the first poem.These stories are great, but im not going to lie, there are some stories you will think are bad.So the over all rating this book should recieve is a 8 out of 10.
This book is just a book full of random poems that will make you laugh. Some of the poems dont't even make sence! After the first poem I couldn't stop reading it, the poems were so funny and they were also really creative. The illustrations to go with the poems were magnificent. This book was awsome really great i give it a 10 out of 10. It was over the hill good. This book is very humures and i would like to see more books by him but sadly its the end of the year and silverstin is dead :( .I do know thow that i will read more of him this summer. Were The Side Walk Ends is a book of funny poems such as Lazy Jane, Ickle Me, Pickle Me, Tickle Me Too, or my favorite Opps. This book by Shel Silverstein is not a book about serious poems or sad poems or even angry poems. In this poetry book there are no such thing as boring poems. I would give this book a 5 star rating because it is funny and upbeat. There are many poems in this book that I have enjoyed reading. I ended up reciting the poems I loved so much and I can't wait to read his other books.
This book has poems, sayings, greetings and wishes. This book has many poems about the culture of Christmas. The book talks about how people celebrate and enjoy the holiday fun. My favorite poem in this book was the Misletoe. I reccommend you read this book if you like Christmas. I sure do!!!
This book i like best out of falling up, where the sidwalk ends, and everything on it. My favorite poem is about a girl who uses eels to do everything she did. The funny part about that poem is when it said that one eel got a job on page fifty-three as a plug in to a T.V. I also give this book a 10 out of 10 and i recemand this book to people who are easily amussed.

This is a real good book. Runny Babbit is the Bunny Rabbit. He has a lot of friends and one brother and two sisters and a mom and a dad. Runny goes through a lot of funny thing.

The Pasture
The poet is about a young boy that goes out to the pasture, to clean it but he see's something sweet. What does he see what does he do? This book is in Miss.Law's room,I'm not done yet though this illustrations are like a wash, it looks like it has been splashed with a little water and paint and that is my blog thanks for reading :) !!!!!

Falling up is a person writing what he feels in a book of poetry. My favorite poem was Alphabalance. I give this book a 3 out of 5 because some poems are very long, some too short and some are gross. This book is different in many ways. If you are intrigued by unusual poems then this is your book. The author could have included more energetic and happy poems.

I would have to give this book a 10 out of 10. FUNNY. In Jeremy's 2nd year with the same poetry teacher, she gives him a D-. Jeremy wants a better grade , so he tries practicing by writing more poems . He finds out that he enjoys writing poems. Jeremy has a great topic to write about: sports. He loves them, and every time he makes a team, he invites his teacher to watch. Every time he does that he fails at that sport,and it goes like that until the book is over.

This book has lots of good poems. One of my favorite poems is The Crocodle Toothache. It was my favorite because the crocodile has a toothache and he goes to the dentist. The dentist pulls the wrong tooth so the crocodile eats him.

This is a very good book. This book is about scary funny monsters. The monsters have very funny names like Underslung Zath and Gheli. The monsters are funny looking and colorful.

I like this book because it made poetry fun for me. The poems were funny and interesting. It had the most rhymes I could ever imagine. My favorite poems were Monsters I've met,Something Missing, and The Homework Machine. I think if someone else read this book they would love it right away. The poems in here are the best. You couldnt possabley find a better poetry book. I dont mean to brag, but if you havent read this book yet, you have some reading to do. The illustrations are awesome and and very funny. When I would read it at home I would laugh out loud. On a scale from 1-5 I would give it a 4.85. On the funny scale from 1-5 anyone would give it a 5.

I love his poems all his drawings are awesome and they mach the poems.I love how some of the poems come right after each other and they have the same idea.After reading them you just are blown away and you cant tell he gets them from the top of his head.He is the best powet ive ever read befor.He just lets the drawings set the seen and then wean you read it it comes to togher and you can understand it better with both the poems and the drawings.

I like this book because it makes poetry interesting and fun. No offense but I like Where The Sidewalk Ends better than A Light In The Attic. Although both are good it has much funnier poems than A Light In The Attic. My favorite poem is Sick on page 58-59 you should check it out. This poem is about a girl who is in bed who is playing sick but she finds out its Saturday and wants to go out and play. Hey that rhymes! Out of a scale of 1 to 10 it would be 8 because some poems were bad and confusing.

This book is full of poems. There are funny poems and lots of drawings in this book. The whole book I was laughing and all of the poems are funny. Every poem rymed and all the pictures went with the poems. Some of the poems did not make sence but most of did make sence. This is a great book to read with your family. With a rating 1-5 I would give it a 5 and this was my first poem book.

Theres so many I cant even pick one there all so good.I think Shel is a great poem writer because he thinks outside the box of things to write to make people put something maybe happy on there face. This book has terrific poems in it. The author loves to write poerty, and it is how he expresses his fellings. In the books that Shel Silverstein writes he always does the poems and the drawings. I think Shel Silverstein can inspire people with his poems.Shel Silverstein writes scary poems,happy poems,sad poems and funny poems.The books he has wrote are Where the Sidewalk Ends, Runny Babbit and There is a light on in the attic.Shel Silverstein loved to write poems and draw his own pictures.
I think this book is really good. I think other people should read these books. I rate it 5 stars.

I loved it so much even thow i have already read it about nine times now this is ten.It has lots of funny peoms and one i can memorise witch is called my beard-My beard grows to my toes i never wear no clothes i wrap my hair around my bear and down the road i goes.Thats the peom its just wierd thats why i memorised it cause i think i can be wierd sometimes.Its also nice to read a book ur family will enjoy too. One of my favorit poems in this book is called "Christmas Day". I like this poem because it talks about Jesus and were he was born and all the animals as they watched him sleep on the hey.
I also like the poem "Christmas in the Straw". I like it becaues of the way it's wrote, the way it talks about what its like in heaven even though they probably dont even know what it's like in heaven. I think it sounds nice.

I love this book its awesome because it is funny.Also one of my favorite books to read I love it. My favrotie poem is if I had that pony.Its about this girl that wants this pony really badly but her parents won`t let her so she says that I am going to die if I don`t get that pony so I will dieher parents say that you wont die and the very next day she dies because she didn`t get that pony.

I liked this book because the poems are amazing. Sometimes when I am reading I think how did he come up with this. For example my favorite poem in this book is Every Thing On It its about a kid that wants a hot dog and the boy says can I have everything on it. So the people put furniture animals and more on his hot dog. I thought great flow to the book and tells it good enough to understand. I give this book a 10 out of 10.

This book is filled with all types of poems from a very good imagination. These poems can be fun,magical,unreal, or just a thing from the authors imagination. I think the reason the book is called Falling Up well first thats the very first poem and second maybe that was the authors favorite poem he wrote in this awesome book. The drawings in this book might help you fiqure out what the poem means or what just happened. Most of the poems in the book is about people and an unreal thing that happens to them. My favorite poem in this entire 171 page long book was the shortest and funniest poem called the runners but the only way you can find out what that poem says is by reading this wonderful book. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would gladly give book a 50.

My favorite poem was A STAR. It was a girl talking about a star she saw one dark night. A STAR poem made sense and it was something I could relate to. Comparing this book to Fallen Up which was better than this book.

Every time she comes to one of his Games something that has do deal with herhappens and ruins the game. He wrote his poems in class and while he was on bench.Iwould rate this book a 5 star. This book was about how familys do different things with familys during there life. Some of the topics are family quilt and how they share there things together and work, they will be sorry, which is talking about what they do together to both each other. Some other ones were my other granny which was talking in poems about how my other granny is different from my other one.
I had enjoyed this book because it was funny how they had treated each other and how they do family there family triditions. I know you will like this book!

I would like to give this book a rating of 1-10 a 7. The reason I give this book a 7 is because poetry is not my favorite genre there is. Shel Silverstein is a very good poet. He rights very funny poems. I would have to say my favorite poem is Medusa. There is all kinds of poems you will find in this book. Because of this, I do recommend this book.

This book was about maybe one hundred sixty eight different poems. There is a different variety of poems that can make you laugh, sad, or happy. This book has long, short, or medium sized poems. For me it took about a hour to read because I am personally a fast reader. You have to read this book it is amazing to read but be prepared to read the best poetry book of your life. It would be an honor to give this book a 5 out of 5 stars. Make sure you read it!

There a edge of the world in this book because the sidewalk ends. This book is filled with poems with laughter from Hug o' wars to pots of gold.My favorite poem was when the party hoster said "bring presents and throw confetti" and they threw spaghetti.Another one of my favorites is recipe for a hippopotamus sandwich and that is because there is a not wanted idem for this sandwich, a hippopotamus.

This book is just a book full of random poems that will make you laugh. Some of the poems dont't even make sence! After the first poem I couldn't stop reading it, the poems were so funny and they were also really creative. The illustrations to go with the poems were magnificent. Some of the poems you probably wouldn't like because some of them are kinda boring, but most of them are really fun and creative. I didn't even know that some of these words rhymed. This book was awsome really great i give it a 10 out of 10. It was over the hill good. This book is very humures and i would like to see more books by him but sadly its the end of the year and silverstin is dead :( .I do know thow that i will read more of him this summer. Were The Side Walk Ends is a book of funny poems such as Lazy Jane, Ickle Me, Pickle Me, Tickle Me Too, or my favorite Opps. This book by Shel Silverstein is not a book about serious poems or sad poems or even angry poems. In this poetry book there are no such thing as boring poems. I would give this book a 5 star rating because it is funny and upbeat. There are many poems in this book that I have enjoyed reading. I ended up reciting the poems I loved so much and I can't wait to read his other books.

This book has poems, sayings, greetings and wishes. This book has many poems about the culture of Christmas. The book talks about how people celebrate and enjoy the holiday fun. My favorite poem in this book was the Misletoe. I reccommend you read this book if you like Christmas. I sure do!!!

This book i like best out of falling up, where the sidwalk ends, and everything on it. My favorite poem is about a girl who uses eels to do everything she did. The funny part about that poem is when it said that one eel got a job on page fifty-three as a plug in to a T.V. I also give this book a 10 out of 10 and i recemand this book to people who are easily amussed.

This book is a lovely book it has all the stories from funny to scary poems and all the ones in between. My favorite poem was hippopotamus sandwich and nasty school I think a lot of people will love this book even 1st grades. I have talked to a lot of people about poems and they say their favorite book is Falling Up. I would give this book a 5 out of 5 star rating and I think it should have a 10 star rating. I hope a lot of people will read this book I really hope people that will happen it would be great.
